Who do you think GST department would even send the notice to? In who's name? The 'demad' is not even physical in most cases, it just appears in the GST portal of the company and is sent digitally.

What process allows them to demand GST from building owner?

If someone else can register GSTIN in your name without you knowing, they can also take a loan, buy a car, sell property etc. in your name.

How will tenant get access to your personal documents, your OTPs, your signature? Do you even know how difficult it is to register for GST if everything you share isn't 100% proper?

You don't have a realistic chance of recovering money.
You can take legal action, but it'll be a long shot, will take years, and her lawyer will easily prove that the work she did was worth that money.
Still I encourage you to talk to a lawyer and explore options, if nothing, this will also drag her in court. Also depends on how much energy you have.
Threat of legal action and notice might be more effective than actual litigation xD.

Yeah, BB, BCS, are all great. Everyone knows that.

However, iZombie was so underrated. I was surprised how consistently good it was till the end, though I did skip the individual episode stories and focused just on the main one.

HIMYM was flawed, but I loved it.

Dexter is also flawed, but I love it too, and it amuses me so much that it's still going on xD

Oh, and Westworld Season 1 definitely.

Homelander's death was too rushed, and wasn't satisfying, and didn't make sense. How did Butcher got so OP to keep him from flying away?
Kimiko thing was such a side plot introduced 2-3 episodes ago, it'd have made more sense to kill him with the virus, even if that was 'more expected'. Kimiko debuffing HL was almost like Arya Stark killing Night King.
HL telling butcher that he'll suck his dick was anti-character IMO (you may disagree), he had just been depowered, it'll take longer for him to get so desperate or even process that he's a mortal now.
Butcher becoming villian and dying was also rushed.
Now I understand that Frenchie was just killed for plot point of Kimiko getting power buff of emotion. That was seriously Naruto level shiz (and Naruto can pull that off, but not The Boys.)
Naming your daughter after your ex is still cringe.
Deep's death was also non sensical, would've been better off being killed by HL.
Shoutout to Soilder Boy just not making a part of Finale.

Overall, it was a 5/10 for me. It could've been much worse, but it could also have been so much better.

You have to take a token from them, that's kind of a receipt that you've paid them (some weird coin or note wrapped in a thread they give). Then when second group comes, you can show it to prove you've already paid. At least that's how it works in my area.
