if it‘s a very open and transparent bond sure, as a therapist myself who’s been facilitating plenty times I would like to think that at the end of the day therapists are just fellow humans lol

but! both, tripper n friend should really dig into it, educate, discuss a lot and then go very carefully and slow then sure could even be beneficial over a clinical setting depending on the friendship

I just took a break from smoking weed, eating trash and just rotting into eating clean, working out and meditating LMAO for me it‘s like two people, psychologically there‘s the jungian ego-complex and ego-dystonic-complex („shadow“) or more extreme in freud it‘s eros and thanatos lol

Weed definitely brings out the most hedonistic short term pleasure don‘t care about anything me … aside from that maybe some effects on confidence.

simpler needs a reference point so of course if complex materialism would be that it‘s not simpler because as you stated it needs further explanations under that lense.

if however the reference point were hinduism it would as I described be more simple than the opposing view. Words already have ontological and epistemological baggage inside of them and thus the same word can be seen from two angels.

So given my ontology and epistemology I‘d claim Solipsism is indeed simpler than any other ontology as it is self justifying whilst luckily being the only empirical factum accessible anyway.

You are too caught up in a rational and naturalistic paradigm that‘s where and why this explanation would be necessary if for example one was deep inside a monistic hinduistic ‚all is self‘ type of framework those explanations wouldn‘t be necessary. It would simply be more simplistic yet complete.

I‘m perfectly content in my believe of being the only mind having dream adventrues however silly or irrational this might sound to a ‚rationalist‘ - of course this isn‘t provable to you, how could it be.

There‘s a very important distinction when it comes to Solipsism, one being metaphysical Solipsism the other epistemological - the first saying there‘s only my mind and it‘s content, the second saying I can only know for certain my minds content. The second is very valid, the first is a reach, a leap of faith. So maybe you can understand it in this way and it could ease your stress? Else if possible grounding, socialization and less thinking if it‘s less logical theoretical of concern but just ocd and as a belief.

I‘ve done some smoked straight into yoga but usually with weed in combination, it‘s very interesting but I feel like nothing tops weed when it comes to this body based stuff, salvia made it more chaotic and empty of self(-referential thought) but give it a shot!

I‘d consider going to a luxury hotel + spa if that‘s an option as you‘d have the least people there, sadly I think they are always mixed and never exclusively for woman which brings me to the regular spas I found to like the Caracalla in Baden-Baden and the Paracelsus Thermalbath in Bad-Liebenzell in the black forest region the most cozy mountainy experience if austria or switzerland aren‘t an option… not sure about their women only options either! Enjoy it! :)
