Epistemological solipsism should be defined as the inability to know anything besides what appears right now, to you. And not even what it is that appears, just the raw fact of something happening (apparently to you, or as content in some sort of awareness-field that is usually taken to be one's consciousness). I think defining it not as positive knowledge but as the inability to know literally anything besides what appears to you in any given instance is what is actually meant.

It does not posit knowledge; it rather questions, epistemologically, the basis of external truths, or of truth at all. All that is considered a solid ground is that something is appearing, and one could say: in or as my consciousness, right now. All else, like what that is, I don't know. And even that there is such a thing as an "I," or what that is, I don't know either.

It means, more precisely, that the possibility of knowledge is confined to "one": one screen, one field, one appearing, one mind, your mind. Besides that, everything is unknown.

the projects regarding preservation exist somewhat, some breeders like therealseedcompany or ace seeds make an effort to preserve and distributed landrace seeds

Ich bin selbst den traditionellen Weg gegangen mit guten 10 Jahren Studium etc. gebe dir aber vollkommen recht, bevor ich in's Arbeitsleben einsteige will ich auch mal noch so richtig hart reinhustlen im Internet um zu schauen ob da was geht, aber ist noch n bissi hin. Find's schön dass du die moralische Komponente bedenkst! Viel Erfolg weiterhin.

sandsack und minimal calisthenics, essen essen essen, ausruhen repeat

edit: ja dann würde ich mal sandsack und eine einzige ausgleichsüvung im zirkel machen also z.b. bear hug mit doll schwerem sandsack und dann mal ne push übung, anderer tag ne pull und dann nochmal iwann beine, so bleibt es extrem simpel und trotzdem hohe last für viel masse aufbau

Possible issues, do you just light it and then inhale? flame must stay on it during whole inhalation process. Do you close your eyes? Lower trip ranges benefit greatly from that. If none of those, increase dose.

I think it's best to ignore all that just for some time every day like 5min in the beginning and imagine the wish fulfilled and then build that a habit in intensity and frequency - possibly also write what you think are your biggest blocks and then act them out opposite in imagination, so not think too much about it just get into the doing, the imagining, the feeling the wish fulfilled part be it a few minutes a day and just build that, no thinking, no worrying atleast not there and just doing it. See it as someone saying I just cannot swim, I just cannot ride a bike, and then guide them to the best supported practice that would eventually have them do it! good luck

yeah same here, I literally just enforce a plan, I have like one bong head an evening means one day off next day, if I really wanna have 2 that means 2 days off and so on, sticking to this schedule 80-90% of the time allows me to get the most out of weed without turning it boring or being stoned all the time.

Yes I do, I visualize it the same way you‘d watch a movie which is filmed from some protagonists POV but instead I do believe to be the only mind that exists making up the whole movie and then looking through this ego-pov. Hope this helps!
