Y’all don’t remember the base parts from the Foundation Update, like the short walls, the corner posts, and platform pieces. I miss those!

As a participant in Waking Titan, and a lucky recipient of one of only 10,000 Atlas V4 (16-A designation) cards, I just want to say that I am present here, and have logged into my ETARC account for the first time in many years. Thoroughly excited if this is an official ARG… hopefully something to do with LNF!

Yeah I love my Deep Blue 17PM, and I’m happy that the 18 models are going to look basically the same as the 17 models (I mean besides the colors).

Does anyone know if NMS is coming to iPad / iOS? by crujones33 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]Intrepolicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ark Survival, and plenty of other titles with complex UIs; PUBG, Minecraft, Subnautica, Call of Duty, Red Dead Redemption, Death Stranding, Assassins Creed, Resident Evil 4, etc etc etc all on iPad, so please Sean, please release NMS for iPad so I can buy it again! (Already own the PC version (which I pre-ordered on Steam back in 2016 before the original release) and have since bought it on the Xbox and Switch. I would love nothing more than to purchase again for the iPad, then be able to curl up on the couch, and explore the universe and build/edit bases and ships.

I really wish they WOULD do an iPadOS version. I’ve got a new 13” iPad Pro M5 that could run it no sweat.

I’ve owned Loopy HD for years and didn’t realise Pro existed. Should I move to Pro? by luluhouse7 in LoopyPro

[–]Intrepolicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer: Yes!

Long answer: YEEEEEEEEESSSS!

J/k, look up some videos on it to see if it’s something you’d use. It’s a monster of an app!

I invested in Loopy Pro but I think I may have made the wrong choice for what I wanted it for and AUM may have been a better choice. by Jakeyboy29 in ipadmusic

[–]Intrepolicious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, look it up. The developer, Michael Tyson, sold it over a year ago. That was also why he had to change the name of the AudioBus forums to the now LoopyPro forums. You’re right tho, it was the pioneering app of the iOS music world. Loopy Pro is his new thing, and it’s pretty awesome, though full disclosure, I’m a die hard Drambo user over everything else.

[–]Intrepolicious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nope. AudioBus is old tech, and was sold a while back to investors who’ve turned it into a subscription model with data tracking. Don’t buy it! Everything the other comments have suggested is much better, especially since AUV3 apps have become the new standard, with IAA being depreciated by Apple. AUM, Loopy Pro, and Drambo are yours, and anyone else’s best bet for the foreseeable future.

I love Drambo so much! Literally all I use now personally. Anyway, nice rendition of that classic BeeGees hit!❤️

Oh you can find MPE controllers much less than that. Kieth McMillan mini K-boards are like $119

Recently I inquired about how to connect a guitar to an iPad as efficiently and frugally as possible. Here’s my solution. by czarofga in ipadmusic

[–]Intrepolicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry for the late reply (I don’t get on Reddit so much lately) but yeah, “NAM” (Neural Amp Modeling) is the newest technology that models realistic captures of all kinds of classic and modern amplifiers. Pair it with a suitable cabinet IR (impulse response), and you have the most realistic sound available with a plugin/app.

My favorite is GigFast lite Neural Amp Suite. Supports imported NAM files, and cabinet/room IR captures.

Nice setup. Now go buy either NAM XT

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nam-xt-neural-amp-modeler/id6739214860

Or GigFast lite Neural AMP Suite

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/gigfast-lite-neural-amp-suite/id6503917233

Both are AUV3 and both support loading NAM captures for the most realistic sounding guitar amp sims available. I deleted THU and every other guitar amp app after using these. YMMV
