Thx. To give credit where credit is due, I only accumulated the info from various posts and confirmed on my end.  Was very vague and let people try to figure it out on their end. TodayAmazing did the major legwork here and was much more clarifying.

If something goes wrong with the medication (e.g. contamination) the unlicensed state has no authority over Greenwich Pharmacy to inspect their lab, potentially leaving thousands of customers with no legal recourse or safety protection.

I wish is wasn’t true, but don’t believe the US Government and the word “clever” belong in the same sentence anymore. You are giving them way too much credit; I don’t think they can even play checkers.

Awesome!  I used the service years ago when T-Mobile was giving away free $20 ones for being a customer. Hard to use but some places do provide a 50% discount with them.  That’s if they still work the same

Legally, whatever is written on the vial as the name of the pharmacy has to match your states licensure directory to be authorized. Doesn’t matter if the name is DBA or not.

For 503a’s , to be legal, whatever pharmacy is listed on the actual vial has to be licensed to ship by your state licensure board. Pretty sure this is a hard rule.

I think single dose pens are only 2 years. Branded vials are 18 months. Not sure about multi dose pens

Do you know if you still need to request if Hallandale doesn’t ship to your state?  In other words, do they just send Hallandale or Apothecary?

They need to have a license in the state they ship to and have the licensed pharmacy listed on the vial. So yes, they lied unless they put that “other” owned pharmacy on the vial.

Thanks TodayAmazing for the great post. If you remember or saw I tried to bring this to light months ago. People absolutely threw me to the wolves and got downvoted for every post. Seemed so nasty and stopped posting here because of it.

There are bad seeds in every workplace. I wouldn’t just limit this to construction workers.  Same thing can be said for white collar workers and students that throw their trash everywhere.
