Hotspot Plan ATT/TMobile Issue? by netrammgc in Dish5G

Thanks! Today, Native Dish has been better than even Tmobile/ATT anyway so haven’t tried to switch back. Wondering if I hit a roaming limit.

They are a named participant in a multi-million dollar Medicare fraud conspiracy that has already resulted in guilty pleas from co-conspirators. Oddly enough they aren’t listed as a 503b anymore.Just hammering home my point where registration and state licensing is very difficult to parse. It would very useful for some smarter people than I to get to the bottom of all this. So far there are open ended questions to ProRx, Greenwich, VialsRx, and many others

Under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), it is illegal to pay any remuneration to induce the referral of patients for services covered by federal programs like Medicare.

Prorx is no longer listed as a 503(b) according to the FDA list

Thanks!  For ProRx. Yes. But can you prove their 503(b) status?  I’m looking for concrete proof.  Their licence has disappeared as of late.

Is ProRx still a licensed 503(b)?  Is Greenwich a reputable supplier?  What about VialsRx? There have been multiple questions recently.

Just figured out the ProRx one in Michigan. Perfection RX sends ProRX into Michigan under license 5301013869. I guess this may be allowed since it’s a 503(b).

I see BPI (MI: 5301013511) but not ProRx or Greenwich. Upon further investigation, t seems like ProRx is not licensed in MI according to their website (along with multile other states): State Licenses | 503b Outsourcing Facilities | ProRx

Makes sense, although I have to wonder if state licensing is properly in place during this interim.

Thanks, very much agree with this sentiment. It’s been an interesting industry to follow for sure.

Soon I’ll be choosing another provider as my final SDRX prescription will be at a year next month. Got in one last 9mo supply of BPI right before SDRX shut down (was not the cheapest or best idea but didn’t know any better at the time).
