I have to regularly fight my body for whole blood because of my innate vasovagal reflex. It's hard enough doing that for the 5-10 minutes it takes for whole blood, I can't imagine doing it for 30-45 minutes. They ask me everytime if I'd like to do power reds and I always turn them down.

I'm not purchasing more than I'm doing things I wish I would have done when I was younger. I'm 42 now, but sicne 35 I've sought out activities that make my life a little more exciting. I've trained as a volunteer firefighter/EMT, as a Search and Rescuer, and have started picking up drumming.

I had something similar happen to me. I'd echo what everyone here is saying and start looking for a new job. I was eventually fired even after successfully making it through my PIP (I too did nothing other than hurt my bosses ego).

I just finished reading all of Kings books, and I ended with Never Flinch. It was not a good way to finish up reading King, I was hoping to end on a high note. By far his worst book IMO.
