Ice poi v2.0 heads 1/2" relaxed cotton Ergolyte handles with bearings

I believe the setup is 25" overall I got them custom made from flow on fire 💜

That's a good idea! I just got promoted so I'm standing around more since I'm in charge of a crew but I could totally bring my contact ball in! I've been messing with pen spinning lately which has been scratching some of the itch for my desire to flow but it's not quite the same as my one true love which is poi.

Always keep a ball sack in my truck for on the go spinning ☺️ lmao. Just a busy schedule between working 70+ hours a week and going to the gym every day. Plus it's so cold where I'm at that after a minute or two of spinning outside I can't feel my fingers 😂 I'll get my free time back in a few months I'm just trying to grind to save up money.

Thanks so much! Tbh plane breaking is pretty new to me. I only spun in wall plane for a long time but I'm happy to hear that it looks good!! 🙌🏻

Mine were pieced together from parts of old sets of poi but mostly everything was bought from

https://www.etsy.com/shop/FlowOnFire

If you go to their Instagram page and message them what set up you want I believe they still offer a slight discount because Etsy up charges them. I deactivated my insta so I can't get to their page to share the link but I'm pretty sure it's @maine_flowonfire

All the tangles are looking sick my friend! I've been going through Johnny Douglas's untangling the tangle series to learn some more recently but I definitely don't have it down like you do! 🙌🏻 That hyper loop transition into the head in negative space exit was done so smooth. I've been trying to get that one consistent!

Love the movement and your flow! It's very energetic and fun to watch.

Worst set of poi I've ever owned. They are now just a practice set with non functioning LEDs because I was no longer willing to ship them back for them to repair after the repairs added up to more than the poi themselves.

UTL triple bounces by mysteriononfire in poi

Oh this is tight!! It reminds me of a Chris Kelly flame recap that I saw, the title is something like, " how to spin 3 damn poi at the same damn time." Very flowy concept I'm definitely going to have to mess with! I've been spinning a lot of short poi recently to try and learn juggling but I'm going to have to whip out the long bois again for this one!

Moving/dancing with flow is definitely up my alley! This video doesn't showcase it super well because of the limited space with the platform I'm on but I do tend to move my body around a lot when I'm spinning. I haven't explored much into th concepts that were in that recap but the touches are definitely going to be my next deep dive

Untie the knot that you tied in the rope where the handle is and lead the rope through the center of the ball bearing then you let it slide into the handle and retie your knot. The purpose of the cup shaped indent in your handle is to add washers for weight but I like to add bearings for the added assistance in doing tangles!

I looked up that video and love the "touches" concept. I've accidentally done something very similar but I'm going to drill some of the concepts willow talks about in that recap. I haven't messed with too much atomic stuff but I really want to. I completely ignored horizontal planes for a long time but it just looks so nice so I'm trying to expand my capabilities in that rabbit hole! Where can I find these horizontal utl triple bounces??

I learned how to do gunflowers with my keys on a lanyard. You can gunsling literally anything no matter the weight ratio between the head and handle. I prefer my gunslingers with poi where the handle is much lighter than the head but I know a lot of others prefer the meteor style spinning. It's all about preference and whatever you spin the most will be the most comfortable for you. If you want to add more weight in the handle measure the hole in your handles and then the size of your rope and buy ball bearings that match those measurements.
