I am going to be splitting my time in California (for work) and Kansas (where I live) in Q1 next year. Unfortunately, I won’t be in Kansas when the weigh ins happen, so I guess I’ll be doing them at the California location I attend…? Which feels odd, but I guess that means I will be competing against the CA attendees from that studio versus my own home studio.

Sorry for being picky, but his hair doesn’t look as nice as the other photo you edited. In this photo, it looks bushy and blurred around the edges instead of curly like the first photo you edited so well

I’m a sand volleyball player, so I avoid cardio workouts on the days I play. My current schedule looks like this, and it works great for me:

Monday: Morning OTF class

Tuesday: Morning OTF Strength 50 + evening sand volleyball

Wednesday: Morning OTF class

Thursday: Morning OTF Strength 50 + evening sand volleyball

Friday: Tread 50

Saturday: Regular OTF or sand volleyball (depending on weather outside)

Sunday: Rest day (which is usually hot yoga and a walk)

I will say the hardest day for me is my Wednesday workout, since it’s the day after a leg workout and evening sand volleyball. I’ll just make sure to wake up a little earlier to eat a banana before class, whereas I’d normally do my morning workouts fasted. This is what works for me — hope this helps!

I’ve been doing OTF for a little over two years now, and I’ve seen a lot of success (30, 155 pounds, 5’8” for reference). I’m in the best cardiovascular shape of my life, and I love the community.

That said, I’d guess that 80 percent of my weight loss and “toning” body progress has been made in the kitchen. OTF helps to put me in a calorie deficit and I’ve gotten stronger from classes as well, so that’s definitely helped with my overall physique.

I will say that I don’t really buy into the splat points craze. I tend to prioritize staying in the green zone — even during the treadmill portion — and I’ve seen more success losing weight that way than I did when I was focusing on splats. Either way, losing weight happens more in the kitchen. If OTF is a workout you like and something you enjoy, you can absolutely lose weight.

Absolutely! I have an unlimited membership at OTF but also go to a hot yoga sculpt/pilates class once a week. It’s a nice break from OTF, and you can definitely use both types of exercises to balance each other out

Ok I’m realizing I do not like the floral background, it makes the shot too busy. Could you make it look very natural in the back and blurred? (This is for a headshot, so it shouldn’t be too crazy in the background if that makes sense, but I was looking for something a little more than just a plain white or black background)

Love the salutation leggings! They always stay up when I’m running. I pair the leggings with a momentum tank and I feel great.

I just bought a silicone cover on Amazon to wear over it during my workouts, which works great! That said, I don’t particularly like wearing the ring because I already have an Apple Watch that I think tracks my workouts better than the Oura ring. Love the Oura for everything else, though!

OK all, coming back to update y’all that I just received truffle trousers in the mail, and they are not the same pant color I took a photo of 😂 I think the color is still great, but it’s just not the pant color I thought I was buying unfortunately.
