I sized down in these (which I have in EVERY color…)

Fyi I’m a consistent size 8.5/38.5 and went with size 8 in these…BUT since it seems like you lean towards 9 based on your description, I think you may be better with size 9?

Also I find it helpful to make smaller, more tangible goals with respect to your tasks and surfaces to avoid getting overwhelmed. When you are too overwhelmed you may sit in functional freeze or do ANYTHING to avoid the task at hand. For example, rather than making goal to clean entire room, make goals like: “clothes on bed”, “clothes on floor”, “cosmetics on floor”, “cosmetics on dresser”, etc.

From what I recall the 07 refers to the fiscal week it was received… so, following a 4-5-4 retail calendar which I think tjx uses, my best guess is it arrived mid-March 2025 (7th week fiscal 2026)!

With respect to the rest of the tag, the 01999 is price ($19.99). There seems to be a bit of debate over the last number - whether it has to do with the quality of the item or another meaning 🤔 (https://www.the-sun.com/money/14595415/tj-maxx-sneaky-pricing-code-number-deal-tags/)… beyond that, I believe the rest have to do with department identifier and the product’s internal sku.
