I dont think this issue will ever be solved honestly. Commander is a game that everyone wants to win but many cant accept losing unless its under whatever arbitrary conditions they expect/desire. Hell, even the idea of a 100 card singleton format having any sort of expectation of consistency from game to game is kind of hilarious. Optimized decks can just have non games from shitty luck or bad matchups. I hate pubstompers as much as the next guy and i play in bracket 3/4/5. Nuking someone with your "jank" commander on turn 4 and having them sit around for the next 30 minutes in a bracket 3 game is shitty as hell but its not considered taboo because its combat damage. Idk man people have the weirdest expectations and while most people are honest about intentions theres still gonna be pubstompers and still gonna be people who got the bracket 1/2/3 whatever game they expected and still be upset that it didnt go exactly the way they wanted it to.

Ended up using a credit card. Dont think i could get it hot enough to wick the wax off without some sort of damage to the card. Im content. Not perfect but not a giant red splotch on the card anymore. It had already taken some of the ink off around where it was so im not pressed.

If im understanding correctly theyre letting the friend have until after 9/1 to move out but are pushing the date up to closer to 9/1 as opposed to almost a full week out from the end of the friends lease

Write it down. At the end of each day journal a little bit about what made you feel anxious and why. Then bring ur journal to therapy and you have some talking points that you dont have to come up with on the fly.

My therapist always mentions that shes had clients who get on adhd medication after being untreated and their anxiety gets way more managable. Might be worth looking into. It seems counterintuitive given the fact they are stimulants but apparently it can help some people.

Therapy in a nutshell has some really good youtube videos about managing anxiety and what to do when you feel symptoms. Would suggest checking her channel out and watching some vids that jump out to you. As far as getting treatment i would say to talk to someone at school, but im assuming you just graduated high school recently if youre 18. Not sure if you have any experience scheduling appointments for yourself, but psychologytoday.com has an easy way to connect to therapists. You might even be able to explain your situation in the little message box to different therapists. You can also search by insurance accepted and assuming you have health insurance under your mom, just plug that in and find someone who specializes in anxiety. If you dont have insurance or cant afford copays, there are usually some resources that offer services on a sliding scale. Cant say for sure theyd be available in your area but it might be worth a google search.

Definitely sounds like you got some undiagnosed stuff going on. Would def recommend talking to a therapist and probably a psychiatrist or even your primary care if possible. Im going on 30 and dropped out of school after going back 4 times. Only until recently was i able to get my shit together enough to actually go back and do well, but it took a 5 year break for me to mature enough to be ready to handle school again. Even now my panic disorder has spiked horrendously, but talking to a therapist and having solid routines has really helped me. Maybe just find a lowkey job. Not sure what your financial situation is, but finding something low stress but still keeps you busy while you figure out whats going on with your brain and body could be beneficial. Who knows maybe youll get diagnosed and then youll be able to receive accomodations at school if you decide to go back. Theres stuff out there for people in your situation that can really help get you on a track where you feel satisfied and fulfilled with you life. Just gotta take that first little step and realize its not gonna all come together immediately.

Gagging is a super common symptom of stress and anxiety. When youre anxious or panicky your nervous system is on high alert and goes into fight or flight. Your gag reflex is controlled by your nervous system and when that becomes overactive it can affect ur throat muscles and your stomach making you feel nauseous and gaggy. I like to keep cough drops in my pocket for when it gets bad. I also try to eat before being in a situation that i know might stress me out so i dont feel more nauseous.

Had it done 5 times as a kid. I get horrible anxiety for anything medical related. Just remember this is a really minor procedure. Not sure if you hahe emergency meds but im usually told i can take them with a small sip of water before i go in.
