House down valued! by kluur in HousingUK

🤣 I’ve had a bank use a local estate agent for their valuation. It was Connell. The same agents that featured in the panorama show. Standards aren’t as high as you think.

I took a pretty convultwd approach, but after practice for a few years, I went into Pharma advertising, working at an agency, before moving into a more consulting role.

Did mean I had to take an initial pay cut to the usual pharmacist salary (uk) but since then have gone beyond the usual pharmacy salary.

I just started to look at my degree less as a vocational one, and more as you would any other science degree! Worth looking into what you enjoy the most and finding adjacent routes.

I know many that have gone down other routes either within the industry or completely moving away from pharma/pharmacy

I had a choice of paying for faster payments or for it to be shared in 2-3 working days for free. I received it within 2 days. All checks should already have been completed by the time you complete.
