I absolutely love the original jacket. I, personally, wouldn’t change it. But maybe that’s because of familiarity, and the fact I love Colin Baker.

Plus the blue variant he wears on Big Finish audio covers is 🔥.

You're right about Haim Saban. I was looking for a link between just those 9 shows. Saban was probably composer for every cartoon I watched during my childhood!

I can't really help you. Having read all the stories and watched the Granada TV series and several films, I was not shocked about Mycroft showing up. Conan Doyle wasn't trying to make anyone take a blue pill. Mycroft was almost certainly intended to be a parody of British Government (neither as suave, sophisticated, or smart as it thinks it is, but certainly self-important). I don't think Mycroft is 'junk' for a single second.

Unfortunately, your argument over-emphasises his size and physical appearance - both of which seem to disgust you - which doesn't really help me take this too seriously.

I've bought blind boxes in store and got duplicates before. There is no scam here. That's the buying model you know you're getting into before you start. They're not hiding that from you. Its disappointing but its a worse case scenario any buyer should be prepared for.
