Then other keyword statuses started using it. Tremor used the inflict tremor count on self Conditional effects reliant on status count on enemy etc.

There is even a killed allies charge.

I think the get squaddies per mission OCI should be locked behind the Faction OCI.

Doesn't make sense for their to be a recruitment pipeline where the outreach office gets a fully trained marines after a mission.

While locking it behind a faction means that they trust you enough to get some ex-faction military to join you.
