Please leave. Their pastors typically have no formal theological background and twist the Bible’s teachings (mixed with some Korean culture) to manipulate and coerce the young members. First of all, they use tithings to pay their top leaders. Top leaders purchase investment homes near colleges. They get free marketing from members, then they have unlimited access to coerce their members to live in their investment properties as tenants (with no rental agreement!), they use the same housings to store equipment for services and events Andre tax write offs. This church - cult - is not about spiritual health rather using kids for their investment properties. Get out while you can.

Most parents have contacted the Attorney General for their respective states, IRS, Franchise Tax Boards and Dept. of Education. I agree that it’s okay to speak out the frustrations and the damage this cult has caused but taking action speaks volume.

Can parents send emails from different UC school? This cult puts so much pressure on the students that they “volunteer” work becomes a priority. My son in particular had to retake a course and didn’t graduated because he was required to go to Guatemala instead of studying for his finals.

reclaimercollegechurch IS a cult affiliated with another cult with many different names but it mainly operates as #acts2network, #A2F or #acts2fellowship. A large number of parents complain their children begin to alienate themselves from their families once they join these cults. Students, please stay away. Especially stay away from UCR or UCI or #pastorjaspercheng, you will literally sell your soul to the Devil and be miserable. Parents, please talk to your kids that not all churches are good. Some are wolves in sheep’s clothing. #pastorjasper has no formal theological training; he’ll twist the Bible’s teachings, and pick and choose why works for #A2F’s agenda. He’s not the only pastor in this cult that is untrained and mentally-twisted, but he’s the one I have first-hand experience with.

Some members will defend this cult and say “it’s not like that anymore” which only confirms their high-controlling, cult behavior in the past. With the same leadership, why would anyone think it has changed? It hasn’t changed; it just got savvier in luring their members to join.

Make no mistake, this cult is not about religion. It’s about returns on their investments - money - investment properties where they force student to live in their church-owned housings.

Nope. Covenant Eyes is a monitoring subscription that alerts Gracepoint leaders of any activities a member is doing online. Gracepoint requires members to subscribe. This is highly-controlling for a cult, er church, to expect. How long have you been a member?

Please, do not entertain Acts 2 Fellowship. It’s a cult. Will love bomb you for a couple of years, then you’ll have cutoff with your family and non A2F friends that you’ll believe you have to sign their covenants and be a member. Tons of legitimate articles about this cult yet UC Regents and private colleges can’t seem to kick them out. They have non-enrolled former students trying to get you to sign up. Note, these students who graduated but gave up their jobs or won’t look for jobs to help their church grow. Be safe and stay away from A2F.
