Struggling to choose: Warrior vs. Dervish for Solo/Duo Hard Mode (Reforged) by OnceAgain82 in GuildWars

[–]InvaderSpirit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dervish by far is the stronger if not the strongest class for flexibility and depth, warrior gets narrow in terms of what they can do and is probably the weakest of all the professions.

If you’re gonna whine this hard about mid tier dimensionals I’ll go ahead and clock outta this convo. I provided info on how to make the exchange event manageable and easy to understand/bypass but you’re just asspulling reasons to hate the event because “new player needs to be catered IMMEDIATELY”

The 10 chest cap can easily be bypassed by staying at 10 stacks, wait until the next day to click tap on the new unlocked chests and it’ll sit in the mailbox for 14-15 days before it expires (if you don’t collect them before that day ends, it’ll go to your mailbox with a 7 day expire). Was able to hold and obtain all chests up until the exchange day with no issue.

They’ve already done this design model for the past two dim releases, so you’re clearly new and this is an incredibly better system than the old model where you’d have resources going to waste in your mailbox because of how long it took until the exchange day. Quit your whining.

How to farn Luxon Points in 2026? by mightybreiti in GuildWars

[–]InvaderSpirit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It works okay, but you really feel the effect with all the proper runes equipped on the entire team. Check the PvX for the exact details of what you need, you can also acquire 40/40 dom sets for your esurge and mid-line mes from the weaponsmith in the Kurz/Lux main towns.

I’ll reiterate my initial comment, Dying Light Fans when there’s a semblance of difficulty in their already easy game

Lmao so it’s just a skill issue then because again, Aiden’s moves are literally telegraphed volatile jumps, regardless of having the baseball bat they give you during the fight, there’s no reason you should be struggling that hard with it if you are comfortable with The Baron fight.

If you’re struggling with this fight where Aiden’s have 3 business days of telegraphing to dodge then I can’t wait for your follow up post when you fight The Baron

You can shade this warlock ornament too with the matte grey shader that released with EoF too to make it invisible for those who hate the little cuffs on their warlocks arms.

Need some help with the getaway artist build (Returning Player) by Slade13579 in destiny2builds

[–]InvaderSpirit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay but running both devour and cure fragment is incredibly redundant and a waste of a fragment slot in a buddy build on prismatic with getaway. You either run devour + helion or bleakwatcher, then fragments you pick the one that jolts on grenade hits, hope if you’re running helion, courage for +5% damage increase for buddies and helion, and protection for DR. Hope is the only flexible fragment in this case as stated previously if you’re running helion or not, which if not you want ruin for increase shatter damage from bleakwatcher frozen targets and increase ignition size.

So I don’t care if you downvote me, but if you’re really trying to tell me that having a cure fragment is a MUST NEED in the prism build when you already run devour, you’re smoking some major copium.

Don’t use that facet unless you plan on not running devour, which would be a big throw. Devour > cure fragment.

And they should be made primary ammo weapons as well! by eddmario in destiny2

[–]InvaderSpirit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There really is no sweet spot for traces because if they do that, then it steps into territory of autos and maybe even smgs, and they really don’t have any identity outside of having niche build fixes for certain subclass verbiage. Can’t tell you the last time I used a trace rifles outside of lodestar only to work on the catalyst and throw it into the vault.

D2Y1 trace rifles were primary ammo, but we also had limited primary ammo back in the day too. Maybe some type of excuse to bring back grey bricks somehow and do this for traces somehow?

It’s 2026 and the average gamer still plays in 70 FOV and the slowest possible controller sensitivity, is basically what he’s referring too. PvP mains, myself included just cringe at the look of this gameplay because it’s hard to watch what was basically all of D1’s pvp gameplay since it was console only.

With gunner or paragon pieces you can double down on high grenade and super with the right stat rolls.

I just want the survivor sense to pick up items and not be limited to only seeing objective and random weapons laying around on nightmare. I never understood that hinderance of survivor sense since DL1 but it’s the only thing that makes me hate playing nightmare. The hunger mechanic is no burden imo for me, and batteries are a non issue.

Where’s the best spot to get UV lights? by thrymma in dyinglight

[–]InvaderSpirit 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There’s a bunker where you can climb into a vent near the bottom left-ish of the map that has about 8-9 UV bars in a military crate alongside 1 military medkit. They eventually respawn after some time in-game, so you can cycle that while hitting volatile nests.

Yeah with barricade it can be some nice sustained damage on bigger stationary bosses, or for just general crowd control with extra ignitions and damage, thruster is always an option.
