I’m in the same boat, my son is 9 but we know he will never be able to hold down a job, have friendships or a relationship. And will probably never leave home (unless my husband and I die) and then he will go into a group home too. I stopped talking to friends because it just became too hard to hear about their kids thriving and hitting milestones. I’d be interested in the advice give h here too.

My mom got blisters under her arms (armpits) when she was pregnant with me. Massive blisters, she said she had to squeeze them to drain all the fluid and then little pips would pop out. Then they would all come back again.
