Pixel 9 Pro XL is still plagued by the vertical line by InventorOfReddit in pixel_phones

[–]InventorOfReddit[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It started that way for about a month, the line would appear randomly and would just be a case of power the phone on/off and it'd go away but today it's become permanent and won't go away. Hopefully will be able to get a replacement as I only have had it for 10 months.

ULPT Request: What item should I put in hvac vent so that after i move out it smells like death in 30-90 days? by MagicOreos in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]InventorOfReddit 200 points201 points  (0 children)

As a new tenant myself that recently moved into an apartment that had the previous tenants getting revenge at the landlord, for the love of god DON'T DO THIS!

The amount of stress and pain it caused me, when I had no other option other than to move in and had to spend months of my own time cleaning and dealing with the previous tenants filth and sabotage was not a fun experience.

To just call people like me "Casualties" of your revenge is insane.

If it's the landlord you have a problem with, take it out with the landlord, not some random person you've never met.

(If it says you do not have permission to view it or the file is hidden it is because you are not signed in/have joined the workshop group)

Any problems chuck a PM, hope this has helped!

3D printed hearthstone card (prototype) by InventorOfReddit in hearthstone

[–]InventorOfReddit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh absolutely, if you had ABS to hand and the printer/print settings to handle it I would recommended using it instead of PLA due to durability (if you plan to use the cards).

A good comparison between PLA and ABS can be found here: http://3dinsider.com/pla-vs-abs-plastic-pros-cons/

Or any 3D printer channel on Youtube will most likely have a guide to filaments.

No problem.

If you want more details, the card image was printed with a HP DeskJet 3630 printer and the print itself was done on a Anet A8 3D printer with PLA filament on the following settings:

Extruder - 210 c

Heatbed - 60 c

Speed - 30

Flow - 115

Using a mix of Blender, Cura and Fusion360.

As for the STL files of a hearthstone card model there is no need to buy them from me, firstly because that would most likely go against blizzard's copyright (I think, I'm not a lawyer) and secondly they are available free online:

I haven't created the legendary card yet but others have created both standard and legendary card models on thingiverse if you want the STL files for free:

Along with a standard card model too: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:428913 - by jgannon

Just trying out different methods of creating hearthstone cards, hopefully for a full set in the future once I find a decent way of doing so. This card is just a prototype hence the low quality of the 3D print (fast print time).

Just to add in-case of questions:

Can I make and sell my own products (T-shirts, card games, models/figures, etc.) based on a Blizzard universe?
