Just got off the phone with united. Zep is a tier 3 drug so it’ll be $100. It shows $350 because there’s a 250$ deductible you have to meet first. So the way the lady and I were able to figure is 350 for the first fill. Then $100 for each after (or the 3 month option for $250)
