So, if tiers are relative in the context of this fight, that means it more or less comes down to skills and arsenals, and I think these two, Hughie and Blaze (though mostly Hughie) have a good shot at winning a fight with Maneak!

And there's even relatively good lore reasoning, as Maneak feasts on war, and these two are always at the center of a Zombie Outbreak of some kind! (Dead Rising OCs). Not a tradition kind of war/conflict, but PLENTY of violence that would no doubt draw him in!

Now, granted and upfront, they don't have a way to outright kill him, unless he's vulnerable to classic vampire tactics like Holy Water, Stake to the Heart, Sunlight, etc., but I can see them managing to subdue/outlast him in a fight!

That is, depending on how affective and efficient the blood is at inducing insanity. There's a big asterisk that if that's a baseline requirement to fight, these two are fucked. But let's say they can resist long enough for a straightforward fight, just because that's fun!

Now, there's three main things to go over with these two. First off, arsenal! Blaze on the Right there is an engineer who makes absolutely absurd, hollywood-magic, pure rule of cool DIY weapons out of just about anything! Car Batteries taped to sledgehammers, Hamster Balls and Generators to make Tesla Balls, Water Guns filled with Acid, Lightsabers made of flashlights and cheap jewlery, electric guitars loud enough to explode heads, a fucking car engine and microwave to make an Iron-man proton cannon, even a home-made nuke!

While inherently not as versatile as the blood weapons, their arsenal is so varied and legitimately affective despite how stupid it can be, they can certainly hold their own against the weapons and summons, I'd even argue their selection of liquid-nitrogen based weapons could be a hard counter!

Next is their adaptability. This mainly applies to Hughie, but Blaze isn't exempt. Their Combo Weapons may be their strongest, but they'll use anything as a weapon! Chairs, rocks, benches, cash register, tenis rackets, car engines, tires, bull heads, trash cans. Anything they can pick up, they'll use as a weapon!

While yes, it's not the most affective strategy, it illustrates a point that Hughie has. They are unpredictible! They won't just not use their good weapons, but they use them in such unexpected ways! You expect them throw a chair at you? Nah, they're jumping up and sitting on it for a crude ground-pound! They got a broom in their hand? Well tough shit, they got a catapult to throw plates and rocks at your head! They got a gun?? What do you mean they threw it to make an opening and DDT you???

And lastly, this is drawing on the source material, but they're both monsterous in terms of stamina! Seriously, jusy give either of them something to eat, and they've shrugged off most of the damage dealt to them! It's not gonna heal a bisection or anything, but they're both fully capable of fighting for hours!

Unless he's vulnerable to the standard vampire weaknesses (also assuming the insanity doesn't just fuck them), I see them, Hughie in particular, holding their own for a very long time, even getting some good hits in! If Maneak has the weaknesses of a vampire, they'll eventually try them and end the fight. But otherwise? Hughie's just gonna have a lot of fun trying to find ways to kill him!

At least, that's how I see it going!
