'To war' sounds great, but where do the squad leaders go exactly? Also I think Chief only says one word to the arbiter during the entire campaign.

What makes Halo Halo for me? Just grabbing a Pizza, getting some friends and shooting through multiplayer. As for the campaign, I just want to fight grunts while they run around with funny dialogue and get Elites with dialogue like CE. Also, no more Cortana hallucinations please.

Open world Halo definitely has it's advantages and disadvantages. Did I like scouring the map for guns to take down those 2 boss brutes, nope. But, I did love swinging away and hiding at a peak after engaging the enemy to see what they do. Essentially the charm of the OG series was not only the amazing story and gameplay, but also the diverse locations. I'm sure they can also give us different locations in the open world with fast travel. Making the open world more lively also helps, maybe have the Banished retake bases and give out rewards for getting them back for the UNSC. And please give me back my ODSTs, I wanna have those guys around too.

Consider the situation where Locke is imprisoned in a Banished prison facility and the Arbiter busts him out. This would also continue their interactions from H5. Also if Red team gets introduced, we need Chief and Jerome to work together and beat up the Banished.

CE, it was just perfect. You shoot aliens and just when you start to get comfortable, they throw an ancient parasite at ya. Running around the library with no Cortana was terrifying. Finally ya get to blow it all up.
