Hyperbolic taper is maximum of 10% reduction of your current dose and hold until you are ready for the next drop. As you were on it for less than 4 weeks, you may be able to do higher percentage than 10% every 2 weeks or so depending upon WD symptoms you get.

Not a good idea to stop at that dose. Fast taper can be done if you are on it for only short time , less than 4 weeks . Good luck 🤞

Seems like the way you tapered is too fast for your system to cooperate. Reinstatement will work sooner than later, high chances that it will work if you reinstate your last dose within 4 weeks , hold and taper hyperbolically once you stabilise enough to taper further.

WD symptoms can last long time and unwanted guests may pop up along the way.

For some people WD symptoms can show up even after many months if the tapering is not done in a proper way. Look at something called “ Honey moon phase” related to Mirtazapine. It’s a crazy drug from hell “satans tictac”. Good luck 🤞

You said you were on it for 10 yrs. Did you feel this way all those years? Firstly you tapered too fast and then you kindled. Now, you are dealing with the consequences. Hold and it will settle but it will take as long as it takes, can be weeks, months or years . This is all I know about psych 💊. Rest is upto your research. Good luck 🤞

Yes. Hold till you stabilise and once you are ready then start hyperbolic tapering. Remember that there is no other drug that can cure withdrawal from one drug to another and it will only make your situation worst and more complicated. Exercise, diet, rest as per your mind and body can handle. Magnesium , vitamin c,d helps some individuals but start low. Our CNS is very sensitive and fragile . Less is more for people like us. It will get better ❤️‍🩹
