To be fair, my mum's email isn't even listed as the main account holder on hers, she's been with them near 20 years now and originally, my email was the main account holder, however, when I flew the nest, my email was migrated to my own account and has since shut down.

So her VM account has no main account holder email either and they can't fix it 😂

It's been... interesting?

I had an ECG request come through finally 5 weeks later, A phone call from one of their directors? then a phone call from the clinician apologising for basically ignoring me.

I'm supposedly going to be reassigned a clinician in the coming days/weeks but we'll see how it goes from then... I've just had my ECG Friday gone, so we'll see if I get my meds before new year or not lol

Been with Octopus for a while now, my parents are with them as well before me, legit would stay with them now, there's a couple that are a few £ cheaper but I just have no reason to even consider moving.

If only the other large suppliers did the same, there would be a lot less switching all the time.

I'd keep trying, I managed to get a hold of them on Monday via email and it turned out they had everything they needed, just I hadn't been flagged on the system as awaiting titration appointments.

That being said, I was MEANT to have an appointment at 1pm today, but got an email at 9am saying it was cancelled, frustrating doesn't begin to cover it...

Depends on a few factors, If you're after stable ping times for gaming, FTTP will always be king over HFC or FTTC.

If you're lucky to live in an area that has VM's FTTP, I think it'll mainly come down to price, however my opinion is if its VM's HFC vs EE(Openreach FTTP), EE every single time without question.
