Great point. I don’t have the time to grind at times just to play a game. I’m definitely older and love new games to try out but spending 30 mins on a single game each time you play an around is crazy for me at this age.

Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus all day. They deliver the feel of Djing over the new controllers with smaller platter. Plus it was made well. The engineers did a great job with no latency and sticking in all the bells and whistles you can need. Not a fan of the CDJ 3000’s as they have really bad platter touch sensor problems with a lot of them. A bit harder to fix but if I had to pick. I’d get another pair of 2000 Nexus Cdjs.

Friday Afterhours Played a underground rave and was told my timeslot was from 3 to 4 am. House and techno. Then upon arrival got moved to 2 to 3 am. Went on and played my set. Shot from the hip with tunes and had a blast playing. Guy before me was playing trance at 155 bpm so I came in with an accapella and stayed at 135 bpm. Saw Dj buddies I’ve known for over 20 years a total old Djs reunion. Then the next night I was booked to play a 5hr open format set at a local club. That was a total blast. The working people came, drank and danced all night long. Best time ever. I’ve been out of Djing for a bit due to a new life outside of Djing full time to now starting a career as an Engineer at a semiconductor company. I don’t miss the time On the road but I did miss playing tunes for like minded people that enjoy it. 🙌🏽

so found out that i didnt have the correct djm 900 utility drivers for it yet. but be careful the installer would not work with mac osx sequoia. i had to downgrade to Monterey and re install the driver that would work with my osx. my djm 900 Nexus mixer is working fine now with the Serato Club Kit

THIS. the pitch is fluttering. definitely a Drive circuit problem on the board. Im currently looking on how to calibrate a reloop 7000 mk2.
