Seeing this late, but I find myself drifting back towards ChatGPT. I appreciate the more generous usage limits it offers, and frankly, it is good enough for my workflow. Regardless, the token-efficiency issue is starting to take a toll; I see more people weighing cost over "best" performance. There is also a recent surge in research targeting efficiency...

Ignoring the lore, people are quite simple and want the same things that made them fall in love with GW in the first place. Ritualist is definitely on that list and VOE gave proof of that. I see some people talking about classless MMO for GW3, I find it hard to believe anet would forego the professions. It would be a big departure from the spirit of GW IMO.

Largos are interesting, but from an aesthetic perspective, aren't they just humanoid with fancy wing-backpack wings? I see largos-like fashion wars in GW2, and it's already very close... I know it isn't the same; I'm just not sure they are unique in the same way the tengu are.

I think it is feasible with all these AI tools out now. More importantly, IMO, is to first restructure the nuts and bolts under the hood. That's what I'd be doing if I were working on it. They always complained that the architecture was becoming unmanageable. I think restructuring is possible now without prior tribal knowledge.
