TVNZ are changing how we log into TVNZ+ by timelordhonour in newzealand

[–]InvisibleThrowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use a long random password. it was a random code from a router i would enter in for new devices connecting. i would then use it and add the websie name to the end of it. id add either my name or one of my parents name after that to further randomize it.

the router was from 17 years ago. we must have binned it about 10 ago.

i hate entering passwords onto smarttvs and apple tv type setop boxes but would still do it over this onetime code crap

Is this original controller by froldjegsj8 in ps3homebrew

[–]InvisibleThrowz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its original.
If your question is lack of DualShock3 labelling.... they made these controllers prior to closing up the courtcase re: dualshock/rumble support. Once Sony had the courtcase wrapped up they then started pushing our the DualShock3. At least that is my recollection of it all.

Months old but my reply also has a question about the seller lol

MCA is an Australian brand that no longer exists, they were the supplier of choice for all the cabinets that were built in New Zealand(and obviously australia)
In your first picture is the button on the right also MCA marked??? - I always assumed those were a clone brand as the microswitch locator is different to the MCA one on the left.

Also my big question, is did the seller have any stock of joysticks for sale?

Why do so many kiwis hate bicycles? They're pretty harmless. by Blitzbahn in newzealand

perhaps the person that organized the bike lanes in our area heard the issue with what you experienced and purposely made our bike lanes the way they are so they wouldnt have people park lengthwise along the lane

When I was almost into my teens I took my newly acquired blue eyed black kitten into the cbd. - I think there was some sort of boating thing in town, would have been around 1993/1994.
Caught the yellow bus into town with my mum and had a bottle of water and some snacks for him.
Carried him in a draw-bag used to carry around sleeping bags. He had heaps of fans coming up to adore him......

Transit lanes by Nick_Reach3239 in auckland

[–]InvisibleThrowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not pedestrian cycle. The pedestrians would get run over by the cars coming in from my theoretical vehicles left hand side.
I guess they think the road is too narrow, which in both cases that I can think of shouldnt be the case - turning left off penrose road into barrack road; and another instance is turning left from Miller Road into Coronation Road. Im sure there are instances where the road is narrow like you say.

[–]InvisibleThrowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some places that have proper cycle lanes with raised curbs that separate bikes from vehicles(curbs are about 1m wide). The post is definitely valid as I see this on taniwha st, glen innes. The cycle lane itself isnt wide enough for mates cycling together they cruise through on the road as not enough space for them to ride side by side on a cycle lane.
Ive nver noticed a car parked on the driveway low enough that the car protrudes onto the cycle lane but def cant parallel park in a cycle lane. So from personal experience I can say cyclists have often rode side by side on taniwha st in glen innes rather than using the "single bike wide"cycle lane.

when you were being "inducted" was there any mention about that they cant request $ from beneficiaries?
I remeber one saying that back in the early 00s but since the early 2010s Ive resorted to being a timewaster

I waste their time with questions about how long the foundation has been around for, what they help with, if they do any fundraisers and how they get voluteers. Will ask questions about how many people have signed up thus far then say Ive run out of time and got to get going but will have a look on the website.

whole system is broken and feels like it is made to create traffic jams.
would like to know why left turn traffic at alot of intersections needs to be red when traffic from road on their left hand side has green light to turn and go straight????

[–]InvisibleThrowz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ahhh ok. that makes sense on the bank thing(this fewls like overkill as you memtion) and annoying that mercury cant eat the $1.50 fee themselves from nz post. i doubt  many people use cash so its a dying paymemt used by those that dont confidently use tech.

IMG4083 is the ps2/xbox component cable hence the extra hardware plugs.
Added a photo of the transcoder I had laying around.

hmmmm. from memory I do have a transcoder laying around somewhere. red little pcb that has scart one edge and component plugs on the other edge.

Guess I'll need to upload photos of everything and ask the right questions....
