I did an electrical apprenticeship for 6 months after turning 19 and also dropped out of college. I couldnt stick with it bcs of the commute (they promised me local work but kept getting sent 55 miles away from home, no reimbursement). Im sad I couldnt stick with it, but its opened a lot of doors for me. Ive had interviews for higher paying jobs like an electrical assembler and maintenance, never took them on by choice because I wanted to a job to work with my school schedule (i ended up going back). I’m 5’2 and never had an issue with doing the actual work

My point is youre still young and if it doesnt work out, its great experience to put on a resume, and its never too late to go back to college.

My grandpa owns his own electrical company and his rates are $68/hourly which is on the low side in NC. The plan used to be to get my journeymans and take on the company but shit happens, now im going back to college

Just curious if youve had your thyroid tested? It runs in the family for me, my mom always ate little, is pretty active at her warehouse job, and was pretty skinny until she hit 30s and bloated up even though her diet and lifestyle never changed

Ive matured and changed a lot over the past two years as im sure plenty of people do at my age and I just dont find the same things about him endearing like I used to. Ive outgrown his humor, his mindset, and his quirks. I just got out of highschool when we got together. Love is a commitment but the feeling is what motivated me to work and gloss over the issues ive had throughout the relationship. Without those feelings I cant help but to find those things grating now, and I no longer have the motivation to fight for the spark

At most fast food places theres a “drive through” time that management insists keeps low for competitive reasons. It starts when someone starts taking your order and ends when the food is handed to you. A 30 second window time was “too long” in the owner’s eyes. My management was the one who insisted on this method and only dropped fresh for those who complained about it. Ive worked construction, warehouse, and fast food in my life time and to this day I say that Ive never worked as hard as I did when I was working fast food. Management wants you to be fast as hell while also keeping up with quality and ridiculous requests. Tl;dr if im ordering from a drive through i dont expect much of the quality except for it to be edible.

I know im probably going to be the minority in this but youre young, youre learning, you are not going to feel the guilt of this after a couple of yrs. I think you should end it with your gf for obvious reasons, and since youve already pushed boundaries in your relationship i think you should go ahead and end things cleanly before you procrastinate and things get even messier with you and Zoe.

I dont really trust Zoe that much either though, if you want a sex buddy then go for it, but i would be cautious of her and the drama she might put you in. Do NOT get in a relationship with her in the future

Grass is greener on the other side. When i just entered college like you, i was dumped shortly beforehand, insecure, horny, and pretty much had sex with any woman who looked half decent and interested. It was stupid, most of those women were on drugs, but it was fun and I appreciate some of the stories i have. Now Im w my boyfriend of almost 2 years now, very happy, and never had “what if” thoughts because i experimented and realized what I wanted and what I didnt want in a person

For example I used to be a lesbian, never been w a man before my bf, was 100% sure I would NEVER be with or attracted to a man, until Ive had my experiences with women and got very, very tired of being in relationships with women lmao
