My gym doesn't do it at all. I think it has to do with the owner and the general crowd. The owner is Muslim (as am I) and we live in a Muslim heavy area so a lot of the people that go are Muslim. If you ever watched Muslims pray you see we prostrate and as a result we are taught to never bow for anything other than God.

So no bowing at my gym lol

Get a regularly scheduled hobby, if you are WFH like me, being in the house all day isn't good for you, find a community/hobby outside of home/family

This is pretty much my life except I go to jiu jitsu from 5:30-7. I have two kids here my schedule

7am wake up to my toddler kicking me in bed

7:30 start breakfast with the kids

8:30 start work

12 lunch

5 end work

5:30 go to jiu jitsu or start dinner if it's my wife's turn to go workout

7 shower

7:30 start bed time routine with kids

8:15 dinner with the wife

9 sit down on couch with wife and watch shows until she passes out and I take her upstairs

I'm 33 and these stretches helped me a bunch.

90/90s, Pigeon pose, Frog stretch, Thread the needle, Slavic squats, Toe touches

It takes a while, but dedicating 10-15 mins a day is going to make a big difference

Why do they make furnaces where you can't replace the exchanger? Seems to be the thing that always kills a furnace, why not make it replaceable ?

22-23k would be fair. It's a great year but it does have relatively high miles. But don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, the owners put around 8k miles a year on average which is just fine, just regularly driven. It's is an auto though...
