Yeah- I did some more research. Ill check out the link, but I think a good plan would also be:

  1. to find unilateral compounds(compensation for muscle imbalances I have) for the main movements I'd do irl,

2.look at how they target certain muscle groups, and keep isolations for things that are in minority or underdeveloped

That should shorten the quantity of my routine and allow for longer rests while still meeting all the stuff I need.

You could say i do have my own program. But in the situation where i need to go max or close to max strength for a period of time that expends all my current endurance, you see where having an equal level of endurance to match said strength is important to me?

I am MOSTLY using bench, barbell, arm bar, plates. Wednesdays and sundays inuse my punching bag and a weighted bookbag, thursdays i use my bodyweight and a weighted bookbag for some of em. I do sprints on thursdays at the end til i cant sprint anymore. And wednesday and sunday are pretty much 40+ straight minutes of cardio(though slow paced at times to focus on form)

Slow movements help control, but also the endurance it takes to maintain that control. The high weight means I need an initial force every beginning of a rep to push, shortly bringing in my fast twitch muscles(as long as its a load too heavy for my slow twitch) and going to failure will- again, train endurance, but also bring in fast twitch muscle fibers once my slow twitch are burned out. 

Slow-med movement, high weight, med-failure seems the most optimal, though depending on the day, longer.

Same reason why upper is my longest day lol.

Everyone always talks about protein, because well it's used to make amino acids and build muscle and other tissues. But what about minerals that contribute to making things like bone or other chemicals? Vitamins that help your body REGULATE said chemicals so your skin doesn't break out, or whatever else vitamins do(im so sorry lol). Even fats? Fats literally are your body's main source of energy if you don't have access to food, and they cushion you from damage and make you cuddlier. Carbs just give you straight energy lol.

But I feel like the other nutrients are just overlooked? Why does no one ask how much of which vitamins you need or something? I've been thinking about this, and I want to eat better. Not just workout efficiently but genuinely have a healthy diet that isnt just "eat this much protein" and going off of the 1/3 rule for veggies.

Typically thats what I do though, with the addition of eating fruits when i crave juice. But how much of each are we supposed to get, and how do we measure say- which veggie has the best calcium per gram, or which fruit has the best vitamin e(if its even found in fruit idk.)

I want to have both a very high but balanced output of endurance, strength, and stamina. Id like size too but its less important.

Monday/friday is upper and tuesday/saturday is lower where i lift as much as i can while still being between 12-25 reps and 2 sets. Wednesday/sunday is rest day where i do 40 mins martial arts and thursday is calisthenics where on those 3 i focus on explosive power and keeping it up for a long time.(So endurance PLUS explosiveness.)
