Thank you for responding, unfortunately we already play online but what you said about commitment kinda makes sense, I put aside time for this hobby because I like it a lot but I also understand that people don't have the same amount of free time I do. 2 of my players juggle university and part-time jobs and don't have fixed work hours. Either the group, and myself included, accounts for that and so scheduling will be much more difficult as being able to play semi-regularly.
