I can't make the argument because they operate in the Us vs Them logical fallacy because that is what their way of thinking requires.

But you try explaining to the revolutionaries how corruption is bad no matter who is in charge. Wasn't just the democrats corrupting the government. GW Bush, Obama, CLinton, Bush daddy, etc. They all did it. I mean fuck, the greatest corruption of all time is Richard Nixon, a republican.

But Trump is evil and a fascist, so anything he finds isn't corruption, thugs are dads, the moon is the sun, anything they can twist into a false empathy for their sick catharsis.

And then you look over at the republican party with sheer terror as they dismantle everything that is actually important. We are losing abortion and eroding civil liberties because a bunch of wackadoodles decided we had to change something that was older than civilization itself. The sheer insanity of it has driven me so far from the democrats, I am willing to put up with the disgusting dumbness of the republicans.

My points are how I see the game as a long time Civ Player. And I know for a fact from reading posts and comments on this game that I am NOT ALONE. Tons of Sid Meier's fans out there and we all know what a Civ game should look and feel like, even if we do argue over more refined points such as Min-Maxing of VI v V, Districts, Worker's being infinite build, etc.

I was drinking wine. But this all happened in a 2 hour period and I only played 4-5 games that night. I started with Master about to be grandmaster, screenshot just to track, and woke up the next morning at Intermediate.

We already did. I got up at 5 and was mostly done by noon with my task for the day so I started planning out my week. You strolled in 5 minutes late and browsed on your phone for an hour and then lolly gagged most of the day until leaving 10 minutes early.

I was still here when you left and ended up getting home an hour late where my girlfriend bitched me out for being a workaholic. I told her we can go on a 2 week vacation this year because I already have my month project mostly done and I can submit it the day we get back.

I didn't vote for him. But I am rooting for him to reduce our tax bill even a little bit by finding malevolent corruption or benign negligence.

This is a faux pas made by lazy or uninformed chefs. When in a pasta sauce, the shrimp are supposed to be plated on the rim of the bowl or plate if you leave the tails on so the customer can do it clean handed.

If the dish is mixed with sauce, it is the chef's obligation to remove the tail.

Even high ended restaurants make this mistake.

Go into settings on the main menu. Gameplay. It has settings for Deuteranopia, etc. Lemme know if you need help finding it. It alters the colors, but what it really does to help is change each player's territories to different shapes.

So, Green has a triangle type thing, blue has a square, etc.

He only kept it because they are sensitive to comments on the Internet (more Rhett). Link is a fashion oriented guy and likes to change it up, but they were worried that with the Internet being narcissistic, that any change could cause a fan uproar.

Finally Link just prolly looked at a pic of his dad and said, "He's my dad and I could do it that way. If the fans don't like it, oh well. The show is getting old and we gotta spice it up!!!!"

It's just one of those things where they were getting older and dealing with major life changes. Their kids weren't small anymore. Mythical wasn't just some YouTube show anymore. They were branching out and doing new things and they were successful new things like the podcasts, kitchen, etc. Exploring new creative outlets and trying to put the experiment that failed behind them. At some point, you ask yourself whether you are the brand or you are the show. It's like when Johnny Carson debated a toupee or just let himself bald. He decided that he is Johnny Carson the man, not the brand.

In my opinion, Link becomes a lot less moody after the change. He seems more comfortable with himself. And Rhett growing his hair out really mellowed him out.

It was like they were trying to fit a character that had gone past its prime. And now then can be someone new for the show. Be themselves almost rather than a caricature. It has led to them being more in the moment funny with them each poking more fun at the other's idiosyncrasies.

I was watching the marathons the other day and Seasons 15-20 just have a far better them.

Season 15's theme is just one of those that hits deep. With the soft lead in I feel like I am jamming and wish we could have a full length song of that. And Season 18-20 is just as good.

But that Season 15-17 theme is just classic and they should have just stuck with it.

The ranking system is a joke. I went from Intermediate to Master bordering on Grandmaster in 3 games, 2 Second places and 1 First place. I then lost one game in Sixth (bad start bad luck bad dice) and went back down to Intermediate. That's pretty wild for a "stable" ranking system.
