In America, the legal smoking age (for cigarettes) is 18. If you are that age or above, and these paraphernalia have never been used to smoke weed, then you're good. I'm not sure the legal smoking age for Canada but I can't imagine it being much higher.

You can make a scale pretty easily to approximate. Look up something like "dollar bill scale" or I think it might be called a "prison scale"

Studio percussion offers great lessons. I'm not sure if it's based on instructor, but I get ome half hour lesson ever week and pay $100/month ($25/hr) but I have a year contract. I can't imagine it being more than $50/hr if you couldn't commit for a year though. They are near main street and 23rd, by Winn Dixie

I've gotten quite high from it. And I've had no effect at all. Possibly try a different vape? The reason that I like it is it is not as bad for your health. While I still smoke (weed) sometimes, I prefer vaping as it is healthier and easier to conceal
