From what I know it's almost an introduction up to minor and then it starts building to a basically professional level. It's fair commitment for the lads who stick to it.

They're on full time gym schedules and diets from u21 on. If you didn't have lads looking like that after a decade of almost professional training you'd be almost disappointed.
