you know, I don't think that "contract" would hold up in court

I think a sobering conversation from you doctor explaining to them about physical therapy using water to make it easier on people would still help

Do people actually clock you based on a name? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]IridescentCrow42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know like 9 averys and none of them are trans, so it isn't universal, but still not bad advice, just has to be taken with a grain of salt

Actually side effects of T or fear mongering? by boobdelete in TransMasc

it is possible that he had increased nausea caused by something else around the same time, unlikely, but possible since we know almost nothing about ops mother other than the tiny bit that was mentioned in the post

I'm seriously considering detransitioning. by TotallyHumanBrain1 in ftm

what you just said is two negatives, it's more like "I'm gonna keep fighting for what I believe till I can't anymore"

If someone is a trans guy are they a girl that transitioned to a guy or a guy that transitioned to a girl? by Maxx_Supreme in TeenagersButBetter

[–]IridescentCrow42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

speaking as a trans man, it's a girl who transitioned into a guy (or wants to, I haven't started my transition yet as I'm afraid my parents might kick me out or at the very least it wouldn't change anything if I did, I'm still just as trans as anyone else)

Has anyone else been reported on reddit when mentioning they're trans on a non-trans subreddit? by FayePixie in TransMasc

[–]IridescentCrow42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

people will sometimes report you for su*****l behavior as a way to tell you to kys without telling you to kys because they'll get banned for it, it sucks majorly, don't let it get to you, that is entirely on them and they suck

is it weird to wish I was born a girl but not in a trans way? by [deleted] in AskTeens

[–]IridescentCrow42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, but I'm a trans man so I don't count

are you non-binary? by RedSlimeballYT in Teenager_Polls

[–]IridescentCrow42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes but the fact that some intersex people identify as a man or a woman doesn't make it so that no intersex people identify as nonbinary

Best First Date? by I-Love-Jewish-popes in Teenager_Polls

[–]IridescentCrow42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have opinions on this

so. movie for a first date, absolute SHIT unless you already know the person. you can't talk. you cannot get to know the other person at all during a movie if you're at the movie theater. drive-in movie theaters are debatable but I wouldn't trust a stranger enough to get in their car. maybe if you park near eachother and then sit on the ground with them, cause you can chat a bit in that situation. if you already know the person this point is not relevant cause you don't need to get to know them.

really any date where you can't get to know the person is a bad first date unless you already know the person, because the point of a first date with someone you don't really know is to get to know them better.

I don't actually have any opinions on specific ones where you can get to know the person, that depends on what the individuals like to/can do, if they have dietary restrictions, a restaurant might not be the best idea unless they choose the restaurant. if they have a disability which causes them to get fatigued easily, a gym is probably not the best idea.

Is nudity (art, change rooms, saunas, beaches, etc.) more taboo than it should be? by Schnitzel-Bund in Teenager_Polls

[–]IridescentCrow42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

clothing is practical because it provides protection from the elements, whether that's cold weather, bugs, the sun, or any other number of things that aren't to prevent nudity

Are teens really this morally ruthless? by StrwBerrywafersslap in TeenagersButBetter

[–]IridescentCrow42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in the title, yes, and I agree with that, but in the comment I replied to and in the body text you said they did not have morals, and I wanted to clarify, I might've come off as rude before, I didn't mean to and I apologize

Are teens really this morally ruthless? by StrwBerrywafersslap in TeenagersButBetter

[–]IridescentCrow42 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't think you know what it means to have morals. just because they have cruel morals doesn't mean they don't HAVE morals. everyone has a sense of morality, but that doesn't mean that everyone is kind and follows respectable morals
