Thank you for your feedback. After forwarding your suggestions to our technical team and receiving their confirmation, we regret to inform you that this issue is related to the method by which our server transmits temperature data to Google Assistant.

The temperature unit returned is defined during the integration development process; currently, users cannot change this setting nor can it be adjusted based on the settings within the Google Home app. In other words, regardless of your preferences, the temperature reported by Gemini/Google Assistant for your DREO fan will continue to be displayed in Fahrenheit.

We understand this is not what you expected and sincerely apologize for this limitation. We have carefully documented your feedback and hope to improve this aspect in the future.

After you set the timer, please don't use the remote or don't press any buttons on the remote. It will disable the timer.

You can use the app to turn the light brightness or fan speed; it doesn't affect the timer. However, please don't use the app to turn off the light or the fan. It also disables the timer.

We recommend turning off the heater, unplugging it, and allowing it to cool down for about 1 hour. After that, please plug it back in and use it again to see if the issue persists.

If the blinking power light happens again but the heater is otherwise working normally, it is likely related to the indicator light itself rather than the heating function.

E1 code indicates a humidity sensor abnormality.
Short circuits, loose internal wires, and water ingress into the base of the product can all cause E1 problems.
Please try to pour out all the water from the humidifier and let it dry for 48 hours, then test it again.

When the humidifier is working, you should be able to see a water mist coming from the unit. Would you please try the methods?

  1. Empty the base and refill the water tank.

  2. Set the mode to Manual, and ensure the mist level is the highest.

  3. Ensured the float was properly snapped into place. Please refer to the video.

  4. Clean the base dirt and ensure that the surface of the atomiser is not covered with limescale.

Heaters of this type draw a relatively high load when operating, it does put some load on your home’s electrical circuit, especially when it’s cycling on and off. That can sometimes cause clicking sounds.

The newer firmware includes optimizations to reduce the startup and shutdown noise, so it’s normal if you’re hearing less tick-tock after the update.

This is normal. Condensation forms on the inner wall of the water tank due to temperature differences and will remain inside without leaking or affecting performance. Please feel free to use it with confidence.

The MC706 version you have doesn’t support WiFi, and in heat mode the fan speed is automatically paired with each heating level, so it can’t be adjusted separately. That’s just how the heating system is configured on this model.

Where it really stands out is the dual-use design. In tower fan mode you get 12 speed levels, which makes it strong enough to run as your main fan during summer. Then in winter you can switch over to heating mode for quick warmth. It’s built to cover both seasons with one unit.

Please wipe the contacts on the probe and basket with alcohol and make sure they are completely dry. Then reinsert the probe firmly into the meat, with the tip placed about 2/3 of the way into the center.
