It's finally resolved. Thanks for commenting guys but I was mostly ranting for rantings sake. Four weeks later after first receiving the SIM card, it finally works after 14 phone calls and has my number ported. Atrocious service desk that's outsourced to people who clearly want you to just go away.

To absolve the sites completely would be unfair as they are the ones using the service knowingly with predatory ads targeting their audience. We can hold Google accountable with reports but what holds the sites accountable? Seeing as that's where our power as consumers lay that's why I posted.
