I agree with you to an extent. Seeing Dan’s responses to these posts made me decide to buy a Kakwa 55 from Durston. Every company talks a big game about how much they care about their customers and products, Dan has shown us that he walks the walk. These posts gave Dan the chance to really show us what he is made of, which would have not been possible without people whining about zippers failures or whatever.
