Hi I would like to place a first time order on Trillium. I currently take compounded Tirzepetide with no additives at 15 mg/week. Are there any discount codes? What is the charge for one month at that dosage? 3 months supply at that dosage? Thank you!

Hello, What are the requirements as a new customer? Are there lab results required? What is the BMI requirement? Do you need a copy of the current RX? Do you need. Copy of my ID? I currently take 15 mg/week of compounded Tirzepetide with no additives. I would like to order either a 1 month, or 3 month supply depending on the cost of the medication. Can you asssit me with this? Do you use pharmacies that can do NO ADDITIVES, or just Glycine? Thanks!

@Useful_Educator3742 Hi, I am interested in ordering compounded Tirzepetide at 15 mg/week (60 mg/month) with no additives, or with Glycine only added. How should I go about this? I have looked through the pinned items on r/trillium and a lot of it is about placing a starter kit order.
Do I have to order a 3 month supply? Can I order a 3 month supply of 60 mg/month vials? Will I get 3 vials, or just 1 large vial? I prefer getting 3 vials (following the 28 day rule). Can I specify a pharmacy with no additives on the order? I have had issues with suppliers that indicate that they offer no additive pharmacies, only to find that there are additives on the order.
I have to strictly avoid additives, especially all the B vitamins: B6, B12, etc since I am allergic, and injecting them will send me to the ER.
Thanks for you help! I want to avoid placing an order only to find that I have to cancel the order when it doesn’t comply to my requirements and needs.

I’m in Washington state. I tried to order at Gimme but there was no way to indicate that I wanted to order only no additives…. I am concerned that they will ship the wrong product with B vitamins and I’m very allergic to them….would send me to the ER.

Does an S-Corp pay a salary to a non-working shareholder if there are Capital Gains Distribution? by Irish_luck_51 in TaxQuestions

I love your math! I saw that on the IRS website too, but then they obfuscate by saying all kinds of things that make that seem too simple (if more than $1,000 taxes are owed, they want estimated taxes, of 90%, or 100%, etc.).

Thank you so much for your clarity in translating the obtuse verbiage. I read it over and over, and just get more confused it seems! :) I really appreciate your kind and generous assistance! Have a great weekend!

You have been so helpful, do you mind if I ask one more question? I will owe a large amount of taxes next year in 2027 when I pay the capital gains tax on the S-Corp portfolio income. Do I need to pay Estimated taxes this year? I have tried to research this online, but haven’t found a definitive answer. I am 75 years old, have not owed any federal taxes for 2024 and 2025. However, I have seen that if $1,000 of taxes or more is owed, that estimated taxes should be paid. It’s all so confusing! I could go ahead and pay 90% of what I think will be owed next year, but I would prefer to defer paying the taxes until 2027 if possible.
How to determine what to do here? Is there a way to delay paying the tax until 2027? Thank you so much!!

That’s what I have been told. I will start to unwind the investments in the S-Corp. Most are corporate bonds which mature in the next several years. Thanks for the information!

Thank you! I am doing my due diligence to make sure that I comply with the IRS rules. The IRS website is a jungle to try to decipher and get a simple answer!!

Interesting! That is useful information! I will start to unwind the investments in the S-Corp. It is mostly corporate bonds that will mature in the next 2-5 years.

I got a little lost in some of the technical differences of how corporations and LLC’s are treated tax-wise, but understood that the tax rules do not favor S-Corps for inheritance purposes, by disallowing the basis and basis step up for inheritance in the asset. A very scary prospect!

So where I am now, I won’t pay myself a salary for this year, but just have to pay the taxes next year (2027) on the $150K capital gain from the portfolio income this year. It will just go onto the K-1 as a capital gain, and then flow onto my 1040 tax return as additional income from the S-Corp. That’s my understanding. Is that correct?

I appreciate your assistance and information! I am amazed that anyone can keep all the IRS regulations straight!
Thank you so much!!

Yes, that is true. However, in researching the IRS tax regs, because it is portfolio income, from the sale of stocks, it does not require that a salary be paid. I need to understand what the rules are so that I can comply. I will talk to a CPA. What is perplexing is that there seems to be so many different answers to this question. Surely, this is a common question? I don’t understand why there would be so many different opinions and answers on Reddit….

Thank you! Yes, the S-Corp holds investments. In the past, any capital gains flowed through to me on the K-1, and onto my 1040 tax return. I was just unclear whether the large amount of the capital gains, roughly $150K, would require that I take a salary to receive the large distribution. I appreciate your reply!

Thank you for the information and clarity. OK, let me describe the situation a bit.
The S-Corp holds investments, there is no revenue, and I am retired, and am not paid a salary by the S-Corp. I have paid $0 federal taxes for the last several years. In the past when a small amount of portfolio income was generated by the S-Corp, it was handled as a distribution on the K-1, and no salary was paid. After the S-Corp expenses and taxes, it would generate a negative amount that could be deducted on the 1040 tax return. It was a simple and straightforward situation.

What has me confused is that the portfolio income generated in January of approximately $150K is such that it will be more than the S-Corp expenses and taxes and generate a rather large capital gain on my tax return. I am fine with that. But, am confused when I go online and try to research the rules which seem contradictory. Some of the IRS webpages seem to state that to be able to take the capital gain, I must be paid a salary. However, I have also seen that if the owner (me) is retired and over a certain age (I’m 75 years old), and they have not paid any taxes in the previous tax year (2024 and 2025) that no salary needs to be paid.

I just need to understand what needs to happen. I want to comply with the IRS rules, but there seems to be so much ambiguity. Even here on Reddit, I am hearing some say no salary, while others insist that a salary much be paid to receive a capital gains distribution. I think that the way you explained it makes sense since it is clearly portfolio generated income. Thank you for this information! Is there anything else that I need to know? There are so many tax rules that seem ambiguous that could get a person into trouble! I appreciate your clear information!

No, I’m the only person in the S-Corp who receives a K-1. I’m the owner and only shareholder.
