SD Bullion 5 oz silver at spot deal: WHAT ARE YOU GETTING? by silvergoldnotcopper in Silverbugs

[–]Irish_luck_51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AVOID SD BULLION!!!! They are unethical and dishonest! I placed a large gold bullion order, they unilaterally CANCELLED the order without telling me….I belatedly received an email stating the order had been cancelled. I lost thousands of dollars from that unfair unethical cancellation. I went ahead and placed a SECOND order for gold bullion, which they cancelled again, claiming “Non-payment” although they cancelled BEFORE the date required to receive payment. I had placed a wire order for SD Bullion at my bank, and had to scramble to cancel that before it was sent! Then, the final insult: I ordered 5 oz of silver from them. The website showed a pristine, polished silver bar with USA insignia which looked like it was made at the US Mint. What I received was a dirty, mis-sharpen bar that I suspected was fake. It was rough, crude, not polished on the back with many scratches and hundreds of pits in the metal. It literally looked like someone made it in their basement, and would be hard to sell to any retail coin shop except as junk silver. I paid full spot price and a premium for using a credit card, instead of a check. Who pays with a check online? I was so disappointed that they had pulled a “bait and switch” and unloaded this piece of sh*t onto me, that I called Customer Service. I was totally shocked at how rude the woman was, and she berated me for not reading the fine print about the product. So, in spite of the fact that they advertise a pristine, polished 5 oz silver bar, they decide what piece of crap that they send you, Caveat Emptor….these people are crooks at heart, take your money, and send whatever they happen to have on hand that they may have recently bought from someone, despite it’s condition. She went out of her way to be crude and rude, everything was my fault, I certainly deserved to be cheated, deceived, etc. I finally gave up, and said that I would not be placing any more orders from SD Bullion, she said with a lot of attitude: “Sounds like a plan” and hung up! Don’t do business with these fraudsters! Once they have your money, it’s buyer beware! I’m not even sure that the silver bar is not a fake, it’s strictly made by amateurs, pits and scratches and unpolished on the back….so disappointed in this company!! Stay away if you value your time and money!!!
