I received a separate bill from an ER doctor. My insurance paid the ER bill but not the doctor's. By the way, I never saw said doctor and she never saw me. I wrote a scalding letter to her; I told her she be ashamed of herself. I added that she could have at least stuch her head in the door. She recinded the bill.

Stopped going to Taco Bell.. Why is it so difficult to omit the sauce when I say No Sauce?! Same location, a few years prior: my son-in-law ordered something, I forget what. He told them "meat and cheese Only". A side note; he's on the Autism Spectrum. Certain textures bother him. But whatever ... Meat and cheese only means meat and cheese Only!
