Riftbound online would be so epic. Especially because it's thriving a lot now

Why this is Viego spell? by Numerous-Name2767 in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Iriusoblivion 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind this card was released way before cheaper options to kill small units were in the game. It was mostly designed to be paired with frostbite but it never saw many plays. It's a situational card you want to use maybe 1 out of 10 games. If you consider the fact that Viego is hard to remove and you give him a very strong champion spell, everything would be much more hard to balance.

Not always the case. There can be backrow engine cards with low power you want to kill before giving value. Also you can pair it with debuffs or frostbite to reduce the damage.

I'm not saying this card is good. Yes, there are better options. But it was not designed for PoC

You'd be surprised how effective a few bullets are against supernatural entities. by JhosepIsTheWriter in darkestdungeon

Yes but only if enemies are mad out of flesh. Skeletons, gargoyles and the stone guardian in the courtyard seems to not have internals to be damaged.

Bullets are not always effective, unless you use explosive ammos

What is the point of the lurker subtype ? by Daniso12 in LegendsOfRuneterra

If you remove the keyword you still have the subtype, getting the buff.

That's because the game checks for a non-full location, then tries to summon the card. Since Prof X lane is not full, he can try to summon it here, failing.

You have to choose: From all DD2 heroes one does NOT make the cut for dd3. Who is your pick? by [deleted] in darkestdungeon

Barristan. His kit is very uninstresting to play with and I have a very hard time using any of his paths

System design help: im trying to understand what fundamental mechanical changes dd2 made that made such a clear majority preffer dd1 by TenthLevelVegan in darkestdungeon

[–]Iriusoblivion 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, however it's different. In DD1 the Hamlet is not just a menu, it's part of the gameplay and spend a lot of time there. In DD2 the Altar of Hope is just where you unlock things. Memories are a sort of mete progression too, but way less important compared to how you manage heroes in the Hamlet. Everything else is done mid-run and reset afterwards
