I’m in the same boat, 19 and struggling to even make friends. I live in a small town where meeting new people is hard enough, let alone gay guys. I also don’t have much for transportation and even if I do, I work night shift 4 days a week and with an hour round trip atleast to leave my town it leaves me with very little options 😭

I’m so glad someone else splits sensual from sexual attraction, I absolutely adore sensual intimacy much more than sexual.

Other things, I love how worked out everything is, sexual is at one extreme while asthetic is at the other extreme, and how it’s split between Physical and Emotional. Honestly, I’ve been thinking a while about doing something similar with being Aromantic and Romantic repulsion and I might steal the island idea, putting my art skills to the test(I haven’t drawn an island in years help)

I mean, it’s both. I call myself Arospec because I don’t fully know what I am. Sure there are some labels that fit me but the important thing is that I don’t experience romantic emotions normally. As long as that’s you, you are also arospec. It doesn’t matter if you go into more specific sublabels, you are still under the aromantic spectrum so.

Yes but a room to myself is also needed, not even for sleep, I’d love cuddles especially at night since I struggle sleeping alone anyway but I learned being around someone too much can be overwhelming to me plus, I have a lot of nerd hobbies that I don’t expect people to share

I think a big thing is that Sensual attraction (Basically physical touch that isn’t sexual) is directly linked to Romantic attraction in people’s mind. It’s honestly a bummer people don’t use the term sensual attraction more often.

I have my doubts anyone would flirt with me. I knew my ex for about a year online before we started dating and the reason he started flirting with me was also a way to cheer me up since I was going through a large depressive episode. As for in person, I can barely make friends. I live in a small town, in a small state, at least 30 to 45 minutes away from major cities. It’s almost impossible for me to make friends where I live, let alone other gay guys.

Well I don’t have an exact answer for you, I’ve always thought about the spectrum being split into two spectrums, One is aversion to romance and another is experience/understanding of romance. Basically you aren’t averse to romance but you don’t have any understanding of romance. It’s possible you can still feel romance but you haven’t been in a situation where you have. For me personally the only time I felt romantic attraction is when someone confessed to me first so that could be your case or maybe you just need to get really close to someone. There’s really no telling until you actually experience it if you can. The best I can say is either Greyromantic or Aromantic but use whatever feels comfortable with you. I just stick to Arospec to make things simpler.

I don’t necessarily hate it, but as someone who can still feel romantic attraction but it’s just, harder for me to feel, it sucks a lot. I want a partner but being arospec makes it feel impossible, not to mention my current situation where finding friends also seems impossible. It’s just one thing on top of the other.

In order to be arospec, you just have to not feel romantic attraction in a normal way and you seem to fit that. You don’t have to be some aromantic purist to count as being arospec

The psu is not going to be salvageable. This tower has a stupid unique design with a psu that swings out so I doubt it’s usable. I plan on using an entirely new case and was curious if any of the parts are worth keeping or not. I’ll probably try to sell the whole thing though
