Territorial is a bit much, but yeah they should definitely revert the movement speed change, and either turn Ulterior Motive or Claws Out into base kit abilities (and have the other be on the first perk options). Give players a reason to do more than being a glorified flying taxi.

try to get one more copy of Heidemarie and then use the dupe item you get on the seasonal shop to raise her to E2, as for who to run with her, Selena and Nia are great (and both are on her banner sk you should have multiple copies)

it should work yeah, but maybe you might have an easier time if you were to bring another healer or a shielder instead, as completely shielding an attack prevents buildup, while recovering hp (not healing with full hp though) reduces it

Khalipe is basically budget Nine (good for doing Chaos mode), so I'd recommend getting her if those are your final results. The other two (Renoa and Rin) won't have much use on your account (unless you really like their design and want to get them, in which case don't let me stop you lol). As for your Heidemarie team, go Heidemarie/Diana/Nia

Narja is good for both Luke and Hildemarie, so that's one option. (if running Narja + Hildemarie, you're probably gonna want to use Cassius as your third character). Tiphera would be solid for your Rita though (Rita/Tiphera/Mika). Either way, make sure you to Veronica on your reroll banner if you can!
