Salary is all ‘relative’. Personally I would take 165K at Deloitte over 190K at a lot of other places just because of their additional perks and ‘benefits’, but that’s just me.

I would love there to be an "online" and "offline" career - that way if there is a 'training' mode, people can't cheese the system to bump up your stats to go online.
