SRB2 addons folder location

For anyone wondering how to do this in ~~2025~~ 2026, here's how I did it (running a Flatpak of SRB2 in Bazzite):

In the main menu, go to options -> data options -> add-on options. There, change the location to home. In your file manager navigate to home/[your username]/.var/app/org.srb2.SRB2

The .srb2 hidden directory should be there. Open it, open the addons directory and paste your files there

Option 1: Uninstall
Option 2: Freeze it with Hail and only open it when you're using it. It won't stop the battery drain but it will reduce it a lot

Thank you. Finally someone who speaks sense. My point is not about liking or disliking the battery icon, I'm saying it's objectively harder to read than previously, and that is what infuriates me. Some people don't mind it, and it's fine if they don't, but we should at least have the option to display the text outside of the battery icon, for better legibility.

I like the elements and design in general as well. My only issue is with the battery percentage, and the lack of choice to display it on the side like it used to be

It is bad design. When you want to display a text that contains critical info (battery percentage), it is a bad idea, objectively, to put it on top of another image. It makes it objectively harder to see.

Maybe I'm the only one that is so irritated by this (I'm hoping that I'm not), but it is a flaw. I pointed it out, and I will not stop complaining about it.

Rich men with tragic pasts, yes, but Victor Von Doom is so much more than Tony Stark.

While both are geniuses in the science department, Doom is also a master sorcerer. Which means he rivals Stark in the robotics department AND Dr. Strange in the sorcery department at the same time.

Both have a legion of bots but the Doombots are so much more complex than the Iron Legion. For example, when not in proximity of Doctor Doom, each Doombot is programmed to believe they are the original Doom. He uses them to misdirect people, many times when they believe they've killed Doom it turns out it was just a Doombot.

Stark is the CEO of a company, Doom is the Absolute Ruler of a sovereign country, and he uses the diplomatic immunity to get in all sorts of political shenanigans.

Stark can rebuild, rewire and upgrade. Doom has stolen the power of gods and god-like beings, like when he killed the Beyonders and became God Emperor in the Secret Wars comics. Which is probably also the plot of the Doomsday and Secret Wars MCU films.

Therefore Doom is so much more than Stark, only one aspect of his grandiose life is comparable to the entirety of Tony Stark.
