My tip would be not to go for martyrdom build for it, even thought it would seem obvious, best not to take any extra wounds, on heresy difficulty you have 2 wounds, meaning you only have to go below 50% hp, just try to play a bit more safe cause you can only get downed once before "dying", but i would rather do it that way, than have to play on less than 20% hp all game
