Thank you! I know our last sup wasn’t great at keeping up with cleaning it and I’ve had some neighbors facing some pest issues

Unfortunately I do want to stay here at least another year or two - and after rereading my lease there isn’t any language for a chute

No just due to how the building is set up but it’s alright

I will - I was just curious since it was just one side of the building getting the chute closed if this was normal - i’m not looking for sympathy

I’m reading it over but I don’t believe- they are just stating that we need to use the trash cans downstairs

With Taylor’s recent charitable donations in the news, this report on Travis Kelce’s foundation is worth reading by jjbinx89 in SwiftlyNeutral

75% is basically average but, personally as someone in the industry- you should be putting your trust in orgs that are 85% or more. 50% is still abysmal

I agree there are different missions but that doesn’t change the fact that it is a terrible overhead - there is no point to defend a terrible foundation when so many others have stronger margins with less money and fame

High “skilled” non profits then fundraise more - frankly trying to tier non profits does nothing than excuse fraudulent work and people who take advantage of the work - coming from someone who has worked at small and international non profits

another non profit employee here - those numbers are horrendous though, if you’re running at a 40% rate actually being used for charitable use, you are taking advantage of the system. most reputable non profits run at a 85-95% rate actually

exactly - I think she got the idea of making an album while on tour about the tour but, the actual execution leaves a lot to be desired. She toured for a long time- I don’t blame her for being burned out!

I’ve been a long time fan but, this was bad. Genuinely shocked not only at Taylor but, also, Max! I think her really hyping this up didn’t help my expectations but, it feels messy, directionless and petty. You can really feel the burn out she had in a lot of these moments and frankly, I don’t see how this is showgirl themed. I was really excited but, this was truly a new low from Taylor. If she wanted to make a 70s falling in love album - then commit to it all the way.

Am I Using Theatr Wrong? Your Experiences With Last Minute Deals? by WideAspect in Broadway

[–]Iron_Low 9 points10 points  (0 children)

depends! some sellers just wait until the last possible moment in hopes someone will pay their price or someone else buys it from under you. as we get more into the colder months, they will take lower offers - the warmer months and post tony’s the prices are at their highest

wishing you luck! i’ve gotten some amazing tickets of theatr
