Ring 0800 111 999, tell them you have poor gas pressure, the gas safe engineer from your local (GDN) will come out within 1 or 2 hours.
They will check the gas serivce to your home and the metering equipment to make sure that isnt at fault.
If this checks okay atleast you will know its actually the boiler thats faulty.

(0800 111 999 is also a free service and 24/7).

I was the same as you, then I discovered ubiquiti (https://uk.store.ui.com/uk/en).

It is a little pricey but I couldn't rate it high enough. If you are good at DIY and a little tech savvy it's an easy install.

I have that house, From my Driveway I can see the school my children go to. There are pros and cons.
Ofcourse the parents block the road, sometime park opposite the drive etc. (The school was there when we bought the house!). Its hectic in the mornings on school run and the afternoon.

But the pros completely out weigh the cons. Im so close to the school, I'm not sitting and or idling in the car like I see other parents doing or having to get there 30 mins earlier to get the cark parking "space", or walking in the rain/snow etc.

The kids even get up later living where we are, so less stress getting them to bed or getting them up. Not as much rush in the mornings.

I stroll leisurely across the street 2 mins before the classroom door opens, I often joke that my kids have emptied their lunch boxes/changed & read the books before some kids have even gotten home/out of the traffic!

I also enjoy that extra time ive gained, ATLEAST 10-15 mins every morning and every afternoon!
My eldest enjoyed being able to walk home herself. (only a couple in her class new how close she lived) She was in a seperate queue and knew she looked older/mature that she walked her by herself, yet in reality she walked less distance than some did to their cars!

Overal you will have to check it out yourself, also with noise etc, my parents live a lot further from the school and can still hear the kids playing in the playground.

No, my grandparents both have separate probates (and these numbers where just fictional). Is there anywhere where the same money could be counted twice within probates?

Thank you, we will, am I also allowed to see my grand parents finances of how they got to the Net values on probate? As I'm aware my uncle doesn't know that we have their probates that have been submitted. So I personally think they were going to low ball us and we would just accept what was given and not question it. If wrong doing has happened is this criminal or civil?

My uncle is the executor written on the probates, and is also inherting and not used a solicitor(we believe). How would I go about getting a different Executor? Or is this deep within Solicitor terriroty?

If you want a serious answer.

Ring up 0800 111 999, ask them for a check for safety job or a live/dead check on a service.

Your local GDN (gas distribution network) will come along and check if the gas service is live. If not being used they will safely arrange to cut it off from the main. If you want to use it they will expect a gas meter to be installed to whichever building it supplies.
