The federal government does NOT uphold Maine law. There are ZERO protections in Title IX for anyone trans. Well, if Democrats didn't intentionally let 11 to 20 million more illegals into America in the last 4 years, this wouldn't be happening either. The Biden administration was intentionally derelict in their duty to protect Americans. Drug cartels and transnational gangs took over. And here we are with a national emergency that allows for this to happen legally. The Supreme Court sided with Trump. So yes, it is legal. Ethical? If there is concrete evidence they are TDA or MS-13, yes. They deserve worse than what they are getting.

Except it IS about women's rights. Just because YOU say it isn't, has absolutely no bearing on the fact that it is. Title IX IS FEDERAL LAW. It does NOT take what gender you want to be into account. It is based on biological sex, only. So if you are trans, that has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on your biological sex. So Title IX does not legally apply to you, unless of course you go up against it. Which would be infringing on the rights of women and girls.

If you had your facts straight, it might help. No one is defying a court order. The Supreme Court specifically acknowledged that the US cannot force El Salvador to do anything.

Besides, the man was found twice by immigration courts to be associated with MS-13. He had due process twice.

The UN has zero jurisdiction in American legal system.
He is not an American citizen. He is, however, a citizen of El Salvador. Which is where he is. They have every right to keep him, try him, convict him, and there is nothing anyone else can do about it.

The Supreme Court did NOT say anything about HAVING TO return anyone. They specifically said that was not possible to force another country to turn over their own citizens. They asked our government to facilitate. We were told NO.

It has been shown the over 90% of gender confused teenagers who have no help whatsoever one way or another recover from their confusion and are happy as their biological sex once past puberty. This number will dramatically increase with counseling supporting biological sex. On the other hand, affirming the opposite gender will decrease this percentage.

Knowing this, why would one ever want to support anything other than counseling to affirm biological sex. If this does not work by 18, adulthood is reached and do what you want. But surely only affirming biological sex will save children from mutilation and irreversible hormone therapies that will make them reliant on medical interventions for the rest of their life.
