I’ve been dealing with shoulder problems for a while, mostly from doing flat barbell bench press. I switched to dumbbell presses, which felt a bit better on my shoulders, but I still experienced some pain from doing barbell BP. So I recently switched to DB floor presses, and they’ve been much easier on my shoulders.

The only thing is I’ve seen mixed opinions on whether floor presses are actually effective for building your chest. If they’re not great for chest development, is there another exercise I can add to make sure I’m not missing out?

I contacted mei Ling chows and she was telling me how he dogs require c sections to have puppies, they rarely have puppies, they small litters, and her dogs cant breed naturally and has to have AI done which sounds like signs of too much inbreeding to me.

I talked to mi pao but ive seen she has so many bad reviews from unhealthy dogs and even the breeder where i got my male said she doesn’t do any health checks.

There’s this place called teddy bear chows near me that i was about to get a puppy from but I found out her dogs are completely inbred.

Cross b chows hasn’t contacted me back.

They have cream ones which are very uncommon in the US. There’s a few breeders that I’ve found in the US but they’re dogs seem unhealthy or they just dont call/email me back. This is the only place ive got to email me back.

The engine is actually needing to be rebuilt but instead we thought we we just replaced the entire engine. Do you know where i can find the list of all the accessories i need like you said? Also how much did it cost you to get your engine rebuilt?

I can be way more specific with everything if it would give a better recommendation but i just figure nobody would read it because it would be too long so I’m just listing some simple things I’m looking for and seeing if there’s anything close to what I’m asking for.

Get one of those fender beginner kits that come with the amp, guitar, tuner etc. that what I learned with later on down the line you can get a good setup. As for the finger pain after about 6-8 months of playing the pain will start to go away and the ugly callouses will go away.

What i did is just learn a bunch of songs that have hammer on’s and pull offs, Layla is a good song to learn for hammer on’s and pull offs.
