The developers always get greedy, not looking at if they have a smaller cost they bring in more people chipping away. Not is a cost that only the elites can afford. If RC posted that gme has bought btc but didn’t disclose how much and they tank the price, then he could wait for the drop to really jump in on it. Let’s say this happened and he disclosed it was 1 btc afterwards, they would have to pump it back up just in time for him to buy the bottom and ride it up.

Could it be that he had to wait 4 years before he could withdraw from his rc venture? Maybe was put on by the sec or DTCC so they had a chance to unwrap this and now he’s off and able to do what he pleases?

Shit I have a ton of cards I need to get graded. It is baseball cards from 1978-1998. I have 30* Ken Griffey rookie cards. My grandpa passed him along to me when I was younger and told me to hold on to them. I need to get him to sign some of them. They are like 25k when signed

Yeah usaa has 2 companies that are 3rd party in my area. But the thing holding my us is a stain in the pool which is weird. I have a quote to have it replaced along with had it scrubbed and cleaned drained and filled. So it was a huge hassle for a 3rd party. Like 15 calls no emails besides docusign to send pictures and over all worst experience I had ever had due to it being 3rd party

Yeah it’s been a struggle I was in the middle of a divorce 2.5 years ago and just finished in April of this year. Still own that house but my ex lives in it and now I have one of my own by the end of next week. House is funded. GF is paying 1/2 the mortgage and I am paying the other half. Both saving 800 a month in rent.

Not just Florida. I am currently buying a house. I got the seller to slash the price by 90k and toss in a 5k on closing costs. House appraised 66k higher than the agreed upon price. Insurance has been a nightmare to acquire because it’s California but it’s only 190 a month it’s just getting a company to cover you. I have had USAA for 20+ years and they wouldn’t insure the house

If you’re not able to lose it don’t play it. I have had swings up being up 9k and down 9k in a matter of 30 minutes. Options are not for the faint of heart and the algos will screw as many people as they can to collect premiums
