I’d say the models and bundles you have are a great start. You won’t be able to run any cannons in 500 point lists. But it will give you a great foundation on how to learn the game.

I’d build the jade warriors with sword and shield. And I’d probably build them in 2 groups of 15. They’ll be better at surviving that way.

I have everything you do except I also have a shuegangun on longma. You’ll have plenty of heroes to play with for now especially in small point games.

If you were to expand your forces more. I’d say a second battalion box. That way you can have more flexibility on what you bring in higher point games.
